here is the Chocolate Banana Cake, in all its glory (sort of)

moist with a velvety feel to it, AND LOTS OF BANANA WHOO
crowned with the finishing touch of a smooth chocolate ganache frosting

it is Love

CHOCOLATE BANANA CAKE! CHOCOLATE! BANANA! CAKE!
how can i express my love for anything chocolate and banana enough

anyhow yes, this is actually a banana chocolate cake in disguise – moist and chocolate and banana
covered with a layer of blue marzipan (took a risk with this combination of marzipan and chocolate banana and it paid off! good stuff indeed)
and topped off with a border of silver dragee pearls and finally standing bears! hahaha wish i could have used bigger bears though (think teddy grahams)

got to try making this with a layer of chocolate ganache next time!

this is aptly named the Bearllerina Cake by the birthday recipient, who is coincidentally Cookiesheen’s Number One Customer
