anyhow, in my opinion, the Chocolate Ganache deserves an entry solely dedicated to it so… here it is
(this obviously does not do the Chocolate Ganache justice enough… otherwise please refer to pictures of the Chocolate Banana Cake!)
the Chocolate Ganache is simply a versatile type of chocolate frosting used to dress or fill a lot of desserts (like i’ve said earlier, anything chocolate is great) but mostly cakes
here at Cookiesheen, we use semi-sweet chocolate for a darker, more refined taste
and i really have to say that the frosting comes out so smoooooth, shiny and velvety it is (almost) impossible to peel your eyes/fingers away from
of course, we don’t sell this on its own. look out for the Chocolate Ganache in (more like on top of) the Chocolate Banana Cake, or customise your cupcakes with this indulgent frosting. better yet, satiate your alcoholic tastebuds by asking for a Bailey’s blend!
