made from some very awesome matcha powder from Japan and finished with a top layer of royal icing, this matcha shortbread melts in your mouth (not in your hands ha ha)
not exactly sweets but more like sweet treats
i’m really pleased with the matcha’s delicate flavour and the aromatic quality in all of its simple, flavoursome goodness
